Andrew Montell



Managing partner, publishing
Andrew began his career hand-distributing his hip-hop zine Out4Fame to local record stores, hosting a radio show, organising tours, managing artists—and, in 2006, launching Acclaim. He’s previously produced Carbon Festival—an annual conference of creativity and culture. In 2013, Andrew started Archetype Media to represent Complex Media in Australia.

Frunch Nazzari



Managing partner, media and sales
Frunch helped put Australia’s creative communities at the top of the bill by co-founding The Thousands city guides, Rooftop Cinema and The Good Copy. As managing director he has steered digital agencies and start-ups including Right Angle Studio and, since 2014, Archetype Media. He conceived and launched our running-culture journal Tempo in 2017.

Melissa Ross



Managing partner, strategy
Melissa started out in management consultancy before moving into senior strategy roles at media and creative agencies in London, Tokyo and Melbourne, doing planning for global brands including Coca-Cola, Renault, Adidas, Microsoft, HSBC, Diageo, GSK and Unilever along the way. Joining forces with Archetype in 2018, she leads research and strategy for our audiences, brands and clients.
